We chose the name Shakespeare because we have read that the identity of Shakespeare could possibly have been hidden. It was in the spirit of this that we thought of this dog, wondering of his history and identity. This loveable dog, possibly finding himself for the very first time and, having the freedom and security to do this. To live, to love and to trust. We have rehabilitated Shakespeare for more than a year. The street dog in him will always love his freedom, but he is as loving as any dog I have ever known. He once did not know how to play and now he runs circles and jumps and is entertained with a ball. He loves companionship. Shakespeare is about 2 yrs old, amazing with kids, playful but gentle with cats, likes other dogs, too. He has such a gentle spirit, peaceful and happy. Shakespeare is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. There is an adoption fee of 50.00 which will be donated to SARA Sanctuary.
